What is a medical intuitive?

I've heard this expression before, and especially about Hildegard Medicine. How are these two tied together?

Hildegard von bingen was a medical intuitive. This is someone that almost has a 6th sense about ailments and medicine. It is said that she could observe someone and tell no only what was wrong with them, but all the factors surrounding the illness, and this helped her prescribe treatments that had previously never been prescribed. This is why you usually hear about Hildegard medicine and medical intuitive in the same breath. Hope that helps!
