The card security code is a unique three or four digit number, separate from your credit card number. Your security code can be found in the following locations on the following cards:

Visa/MasterCard/Discover Your card security code for your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card is a three-digit number on the back of your credit card, immediately following your main card number.

American Express card The card security code for your American Express card is a four-digit number located on the front of your credit card, to the right of your main credit card number. If your security code is missing or illegible, please call the bank or credit card establishment referenced on your card for assistance.

Boswellia, also known as "shallaki" or Boswellia serrata, has traditionally been used as an incense. One of the active constituents in boswellia is boswellic acid, a pyrazoline derivative that can be useful in supporting healthy joints. Like its cousin, guggul, boswellia has cholesterol- and triglyceride-lowering properties. Boswellia has been used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine for joint support and to provide an overall sense of well-being.

Boswellia is thought to offer broad health and immunomodulating benefits. The gum resin is sometimes used as an ointment for sores and has anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerotic, and anti-arthritic properties. The nonphenolic fraction of the gum resin had a marked sedative and analgesic action. This gum is a well-known household fumigant.

Taken internally, boswellia has expectorant effects and is thought to be helpful in reducing body weight. It has been suggested as an herbal treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, chronic colitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, bronchial asthma, and peritumoral brains edemas.
